Refund and Exchange Policy
Please note, there are no refunds on tickets. All ticket sales are final.Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the current show if asked for in advance and tickets are available. Please contact the box office at info@captheatre.org if you are needing to exchange ticket dates as soon as possible.
General Policies
Tickets are for reserved seating. Please note that ages 3 and older or those younger than 3 that require a seat must purchase a ticket. All ticket sales are considered final.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (CAP Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
